In a hurry? Running behind? Got up late? There's a lot of reasons we give ourselves as to why we don't have time in the morning to get inspired. However, just as breakfast is the most important meal of the day (at least until lunch time), getting fueled up with inspiration in the morning is essential if we want to live our dreams and be the difference. (It's all about energy you know!) In this episode of the Dream Highway Podcast I give a couple of examples of how you can get inspired in just 60 seconds. It’s been a busy morning. As soon as everyone at It’s been a busy morning. As soon as everyone at home got off to their activities I had a moment to myself. As I settled into my morning meditation…this happened. It felt like the whole building was shaking, and then this street grinder hit a sewer cover and it sounded like a bomb went off! Sometimes life throws you curve balls. It’s at times like that you have to adapt and roll with the changes. Not letting setbacks distract you from pursuing your dreams is a skill you can master. You’ve seen these before, right? Every Spring on You’ve seen these before, right? Every Spring one tree will produce millions of these seeds, and yet how many of them will germinate and grow into a tree? Most likely none of them. Not in the city anyhow. Maybe one or two in a forest. Yet the tree keeps producing them year after year. And every year they just fall to the ground. Now, you could think, “What a shame! All these seeds will come to nothing. What’s the point of that?” Think for a moment, though, about where those seeds came from. They came from a tree branch. Where did the tree get them from? It produced them from resources that it took from where? The ground. It’s the circle of life. It’s just energy taking on new forms. The energy is not wasted. The same goes for the energy that you put out. It may seem like your words are falling on deaf ears, never to germinate and produce the results you want. However, whether those are words you ponder, pen, preach or pray, they have energy. That energy came from somewhere, and it will go somewhere. Ours is not to be concerned about what form the energy ends up as. So great to finally meet my sales rep Rob Kramer in person after all these years! I didn’t go home with a guitar today, but I picked one out, and it’s on back order.
