It’s been a busy morning. As soon as everyone at It’s been a busy morning. As soon as everyone at home got off to their activities I had a moment to myself. As I settled into my morning meditation…this happened. It felt like the whole building was shaking, and then this street grinder hit a sewer cover and it sounded like a bomb went off! Sometimes life throws you curve balls. It’s at times like that you have to adapt and roll with the changes. Not letting setbacks distract you from pursuing your dreams is a skill you can master.
